  • Do I have to create an account to use the Fingertips app?
    You don’t have to create an account to browse and explore the app, but you will need to register an account with us to fully explore and use all of the app’s features like receiving push notifications and purchasing items.

PLACING ORDERS ON @FINGERTIPS

  • Why should I buy through the app?
    Buy through the app to shop smart! There are many limited time flash deals and exclusive offers available on the app for you to stretch your hard-earned money. Moreover, consolidate all your purchases on the app and earn FT reward points to get vouchers and offset your next purchase.
  • I am unable to select my desired quantity of an item.
    If you are unable to purchase more quantity than you are allowed to on the app, it is because there is a lack of stock of that item. You can contact the merchant directly for more information.
  • How do I know that my item has been successfully added to the cart?
    You can check if your item has been added to your cart successfully by clicking on the shopping cart icon located on the bottom menu bar.
  • How do I know that my order has been successfully placed?
    If your order has been placed successfully, you will be able to find it under the ‘Purchases’ tab in the Fingertips app, along with a unique order ID number. You will also receive an order confirmation and receipt from us via email.
  • How do I check my purchase history?
    Open the main drawer on the app by swiping your screen to the right, then click on ‘Purchases’ and you will see a list of your past purchases.
  • Am I able to cancel my order?
    No cancellations are allowed. If you receive faulty items, there will be 1 to 1 exchanges subjected to the Terms and Conditions of the merchants. For more information, please refer to the Terms and Conditions.
  • What if my order details are wrong?
    Please contact us at +65 8381 0035 or enquiry@fingertips.com.sg before you go down to the store to collect your order.
  • Is my credit card information secure?
    Rest assured that all transactions are conducted via secured TLS (SSL) connections and all card numbers are encrypted with AES-256. Neither Fingertips nor our payment gateway partners are able to access your card information.

FT POINTS AND VOUCHERS

  • What is FT reward points? How can I use them?
    FT reward points are points you earn when you buy items through the Fingertips app. You can exchange them for FT vouchers to offset your next purchase. To use the FT vouchers, simply select them on the Shopping Cart page before proceeding to checkout and your discount should be automatically applied.
  • How do I check my FT points history?
    Open the main drawer on the app by swiping your screen to the right, then click on ‘Rewards’ and ‘View my points history’.

  • How can Fingertips help my business?
    With Fingertips, you can reach a wider audience and get an extra platform for you to sell your items 24/7! When customers buy something from you online, they will go down to your physical store for collection, which gives you another chance to showcase your other products in-person.
  • I have an event coming up, how can Fingertips help me?
    Publicise your event with us and reach our wide ranging user base. With our unique ‘I’m here’ function, you can even push out limited time deals and real time information to generate sales or drum up excitement during the event itself.
  • How do I make sure that my event, shop, mall or attraction is being seen by users?
    All events, shops, malls and attractions can be easily searched by users using our search tool. To increase visibility however, here are some tips!
    • 1) List more trending and popular items for sale
    • 2) Contact us to explore how you can be on our featured list!
  • How can I use Fingertips to market my business?
    Simply drop us an email and we will be happy to introduce you to the various advertising mechanisms available on our platform!

SIGNING UP

  • Do I need to pay to sign up as a merchant?
    There is absolutely zero fees to register as a merchant! If you choose to sell on the app however, Fingertips will take a small commission for every sale that goes through. You can also choose to have your event, shop, mall or attraction featured in a prominent spot on our app for a small fee. Talk to us or refer to the Merchant Terms and Conditions Agreement for more details.
  • How do I sign up to be a merchant?
    Simply drop us an email or fill up the merchant form on our website and we will be in touch shortly!

SELLING ON @FINGERTIPS

  • Do I need to pay to sell items on the app?
    You do not need to pay to list items for sale on the app. However, we will take a small cut per sale transaction. Please refer to the Merchants Terms and Conditions agreement for more information.
  • How do I sell on Fingertips?
    The first step is to make sure you are registered as a merchant with us. After that, simply snap a photo of the product you are interested in selling, upload it onto the app, enter the name, description and price of the product and you are done! After we review and approve your listing, it will be available on the app for everybody to see and buy.
  • What can I sell on the platform?
    Simply think of Fingertips as a digital shelf space for the same products you have at your physical store.
  • When will we get paid for the products sold via the app?
    Please refer to the Merchant Terms and Conditions agreement or just drop us an email!
  • much will I be charged for every sale transaction?
